About The Spectrum Nurse

Hi, I'm Charlotte.  I am diagnosed with ADHD and autism, and I truly understand how isolating it can be to grow up in a world that you don't understand and that doesn't understand you. I live with my supportive husband, our three cats, and my wonderful daughter, who is also neurodivergent. Becoming a parent to a neurodivergent young person, especially when my own childhood experiences weren't neuro-affirmative, has driven me to become The Spectrum Nurse. My mission is to support, guide, and empower young people and their families through the uncertainties that come with neurodiversity.
